Selby Medical Clinic is a satellite clinic of Mobridge Regional Hospital and is located 18 miles east of Mobridge at 4401 Main Street in Selby, South Dakota. Mobridge Regional Hospital and Clinics has served the area since April 2020.

The clinic includes two exam rooms, one procedure room, a certified laboratory and in-house radiology services. Services include comprehensive care of newborns, pediatric patients, adult and geriatric patients, preventive care, annual exams, DOT exams, immunizations, obstetrical care and women’s health.
