Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Urgent Care:
Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Clinic visits are scheduled on an appointment basis as our goal is to serve each patient efficiently and without excessive waiting. Therefore, the receptionist may ask for basic information regarding the purpose of your visit, in order to reserve the necessary time required to meet your healthcare needs.
Cancellation:
If for any reason you are unable to keep you appointment please call as soon as possible to cancel.
To be prepared for your visit:
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to leave time for verification of information and lab if applicable
- Bring a copy of all Insurance Cards
- Bring a list of current Medications
- All co-payments are due and payable at the time of service

Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Afterhours, please go to the South ER Entrance and ring the bell to be let in.
If bringing balloons for a patient please make sure they are non-latex balloons.
