SDAHO invites MRH&C to Participate in Workforce Recruitment Video Series

MOBRIDGE, S.D. – Mobridge Regional Hospital and Clinics remains committed to attracting and retaining top-tier talent dedicated to delivering high quality healthcare in a compassionate and professional manner for people throughout our rural area. While recruitment in rural areas presents unique challenges, the hospital views these as opportunities to highlight the resilience and excellence of its team.
Recently, the South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) invited Mobridge Regional Hospital and Clinics to participate in a feature spotlighting the accomplishments of staff working in rural healthcare. South Dakota Health Care Professionals Featured in New Workforce Recruitment Video Campaign
SDAHO Launches “Rural Health Care – Expanding the Workforce Pipeline” Initiative
Sioux Falls, SD – The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) is excited to announce the launch of a new health care workforce recruitment campaign titled “Rural Healthcare – Expanding the Workforce Pipeline.” This initiative is part of a broader workforce development grant designed to assist health care facilities across the state with the recruitment and retention of qualified health care professionals.
The campaign features video stories from real health care workers in rural South Dakota communities, highlighting their job responsibilities, required skills, and unique educational and career paths. The goal is to inspire two key audiences: second-career individuals and high school students considering careers in health care.
