Your Health Record Is at Your Fingertips

Patients of Mobridge Regional Hospital & Clinics can easily access and download their medical records, message providers, request appointments, and pay their bills online. While our on-site staff are happy to help with these actions too, we understand that not everyone prefers to work on these things during our business hours.
Signing up for MyMobridge does require a one-time call to Mobridge Regional Hospital at 605-845-3692 to ask the information and front desk staff for your unique Medical Record Number. As soon as you have that, you can do the rest of the set-up at a time that works best for you. For step-by-step instructions, please click here.
Once you’re signed in for the first time, you’ll be directed to your dashboard screen as seen below.
All your personal health information will be available in the sidebar on the left of the screen. Below is a summary of what you’ll be able to access under each tab.
When you click on ‘My Health Record,’ subtabs for the following will appear in a drop-down menu:
- My Health Profile which lists current Medications, past immunizations, current allergies, and any past and current health issues identified at MRH&C
- My Results which includes your personal measurements (height and weight) based on date collected, data on your vital signs, general chemistry, vitamin levels, and lipids; any thyroid studies, pregnancy testing, urinalysis results, blood type and other blood bank results, and more (this is also included as a standalone tab at the bottom of the sidebar).
- My Documents which includes downloadable discharge instructions, patient handouts, and patient summaries
- Medications which includes a list of medications you’ve been prescribed, past and present
- My Procedures which lists all past surgical procedures listed on your medical record
- My Visit Notes which includes visit summaries completed by your health care provider
- Radiology which includes any radiology reports (Xray, mammography, DECA, CT Scans) that you’ve completed with us
My Inbox is a tool you can use to send and receive email messages to and from your provider.
My Appointments allows you to view upcoming appointments and request new appointments.
If you click on your Dashboard, you can see links to several different pages on our website and a one-click link you can use to access online bill pay.
