Interested in making an online donation? Most of our historic gifts were special one-time donations, but monthly giving is a wonderful option too. When we know your gift is coming each month, we can more efficiently and effectively help ensure our rural and frontier families live longer, healthier lives.

Donating a real estate asset is a great way to give back and might also help you realize a significant tax deduction. We can accept any type of real estate property that has positive equity, a clear title, and no environmental issues. We created a short, helpful form for residents interested in donating land, a home, or a commercial property.

Gifting stock that you have held more than 12 months is often a win-win for us and our donors. Donations of stock made directly to our investment accounts offers several tax advantages, since the donor doesn't have to pay capital gains on the donated stocks and securities and can also claim the donation as a tax deduction. 

Planned gifts often refer to those made in a will or left as part of an estate. These gifts are popular because they are flexible, wonderful for leaving a legacy, and can provide tax benefits. What's more, this is a viable option for donors of all income levels. Donors can choose to leave a specific amount or asset, or they can elect to donate a percentage of their estate.

A charitable gift annuity is a contract between a donor and Mobridge Regional Healthcare Foundation. In exchange for an irrevocable gift of cash, securities, mutual funds, or other assets, MRHCF agrees to pay annuitants a fixed income each year for life. 

Our Foundation works with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services), another 501(c)3 nonprofit, to offer an option for donors who would like to donate a vehicle in support of our rural healthcare programs. The process is easy with their program, and the proceeds of your donation are split between CARS (30%) and MRHC Foundation (70%).
